15 New Minutes of Bliss and Madness from Strangeloop

Strangeloop’s name describes his sound well.

The Brainfeeder artist is one of Flying Lotus’ old boys from the Academy of Arts in San Francisco, where the two shared an affinity for classic video games and experimental film.

Soon after, Strangeloop became a multiformat artist, experimenting with Video Jockeying, which is now a full fledge part of his artistic pursuits.

Strangeloop just dropped a track, actually more of a whole EP in the form on one continuous song.

“Breaking Open the Head” starts here on earth with a couple of loops, but quickly ventures into other dimensions with way more loops, many of them quite strange.

Along with this fun quarter-of-an-hour, Strangeloop made a weird little video with a little help from fellow LA producer and Proximal Records artist Sahy Uhns. Check out both things below.
